Xiaomi has really taken India seriously and has done lot of amendments in India and today, they launched their new service called ‘PickMi’ here in the country which is basically a door-to-door pickup and drop service and with this Xiaomi targets to improve their after sale performance here in the country.

So are you an existing customer and want to know how does this service work? It is very easy. You have to call on their toll-free number which is 1800-103-6286 and then they will come to your location and pickup the device and once the device is fixed they will return it back to you at your doorstep and you have to pay Rs. 189. Now, at this point of time, this service is available in Kolkata, Mumbai and New Delhi and the company said that they are soon going to expand their service across India.

The similar feature is already provided by HP and Motorola here in the country and Meizu is also in the queue and will soon release this feature.
