A few weeks ago, the Korean tech giant introduced the Samsung Galaxy J3 with the S bike mode. Well, the company is working quite well on their J series now as they have held a launch event yesterday, where they announced two new J series smartphones. So, meet the new Samsung Galaxy J5 and Samsung Galaxy J7. These are the two new 2016 smartphones that are going to represent Samsung made for India as of now. The smartphones are coming with a lot of good features. The Samsung Galaxy J5 is coming with a 5.2-inch Super AMOLED display, which supports a screen resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. It is running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and we hope that it will receive the future software updates as well. It is packing a 1.2GHz Quad-Core Qualcomm processor, which is also supported by 2GB of RAM. The internal storage of this handset is 16GB and the users can also expand the external storage up to 128GB via a microSD card.
The smartphone is also supporting 4G+LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, microUSB port and a 3.5mm headphone jack. On the back of this device, there is a 13-Megapixel camera, which is capable of recording good quality HD videos. On the front side of this handset, there is a 5-Megapixel camera with LED flash. A 3,100mAh battery is there to provide power to this smartphone. It is priced at Rs. 13,990/-.
The Samsung Galaxy J7, on the other hand, supports a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED display(1280 x 720). The handset is also running on Android Marshmallow. It packs a 1.6GHz Exynos Octa-Core processor. Rest of the features are similar to that of the Samsung Galaxy J5 2016 model. This smartphone is coming with a 3300mAh battery and it is priced at Rs. 15,990.
