0 Nokia has been assigned the post of Windows Phone jungle king and it is currently showing it’s complete power in front of the world followed by the launching of new Windows Phone 8 running handsets like Nokia Lumia 920 and Nokia Lumia 820.Today, we have got the Nokia Lumia 820 for the review purpose from the folks over at Nokia India who were kind enough to send us the review loaner. The Nokia Lumia 820 is one of the first Windows Phone 8 running handsets in the country and here in this post you are going to see the Nokia Lumia 820 Unboxing.

Nokia Lumia 820 Unboxing:

What’s in the box:

  • Nokia Lumia 820
  • Congrats card mentioning the back panel removal techinique
  • User Manual
  • USB based charger
  • Head Phones
  • Warranty card
  • MicroUSB to USB based data cable

1 The Nokia Lumia 820 features a 4.3-inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display which is 480 x 800 pixels in resolution and also, the screen is quite bright and it is good to see that the battery back up is quite okay. The PPI of this display is also good and the touch sensitivity of this phone is really amazing and we do think that the touchscreen works smoother than an iPhone’s touchscreen. This device is having quite good features and were really impressed to see that this phone is having the dolby digital sound system and till now, we have tested this device and a little and we are glad to share with you guys that the camera and the voice recorder of this phone are really amazing and we have to gibe the complete credit to the Espoo’s giant for such a perfect work.

3This phone is a little heavy but is quite comfortable to hold this phone in the hand.It is running on the Windows Phone 8 operating system and we do think that this phone will get the future updates as well.It is a 4G+LTE device and it has connectivity features like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB port and a 3.5mm AV jack as well.It was quite good to see that the Bluetooth connectivity features really works and also, it has the NFC connectivity option as well.It needs the microSIM to for network coverage.

2Inside the box apart from the phone, the charger was quite nice and we really liked this charger which was a new kind of design and we also saw that it is a USB based charger which means that your device can be charger with any PC or thing which has a USB port and what you need is the data cable. The lever pull up and pull down system is also there in the charger. This phone is packing a 1650mAh battery and we think that the power is going to be enough for this phone. Also, we are glad to see that this phone’s battery can be removed as in the past we have seen a few phones from Nokia whose back panel were not removed and it created a lot of trouble for many consumers. After doing the Nokia Lumia 820 Unboxing we come to know that this device is having a nice design and the screen is quite wide which is good for watching the videos, playing games and doing other stuffs.

4 Continuing the Nokia Lumia 820 Unboxing we get the phone and we knew that this phone is packing a Qualcomm Snapdragon dual-core processor which may be sufficient for all those people who are going to do basic day to day multitasking. The internal storage of this phone is 8GB and you can expand the external storage upto 32GB via a microSD card.

5 On the back of this phone there is an 8 Megapixel camera present having the Carl Zesis technology and dual-LED flash as well. The camera on the back is capable of shooting 1080p HD videos at 30fps and the front camera is also there which is quite clear and helps in making the video call. This camera is capable of capturing good images also we have recently done a small test and found that this phone is doing extremely well in this case as well.Till, this date we have seen the best ever front facing camera present on this phone which is going to really provide you all the comforts. The doing of Nokia Lumia 820 Unboxing was fun and thanks to Nokia India for sending this device out to us to do the Nokia Lumia 820 Unboxing. This phone is not priced too high and you can purchase it at Rs. 26,999/-.

6 That is all regarding the unboxing and we are soon going to review this phone. So, for the final take you can check out the complete  Nokia Lumia 820 unboxing image below.
