The folks over here at Gadgetgyaan have mostly received smartphones, tablets, laptops and games, but we have got this device and we thought why not to review this gadget as we got inspired from MTS like the good work they do.

This is a Wi-Fi Dongle. So, what’s so special about it which I am saying from the beginning. Well, as you guys remember the complete name of this device; the word ‘Ultra’ comes in there. This is an amazing addition into this system. The MTS MBlaze Ultra Wi-Fi allows you to get the web surfing over the 3GPlus netwrok. To use this device you can connect the USB connector to the laptop and if you do not have the laptop then you can use the power adapter and it will work.

This is a very clean idea from MTS. How? The answer is very simple. Most of you guys are using Android, even if you are not using Android, many a times you say that the smartphone is not holding up for a very long time and you blame the operating system for that. Anyway, the operating system like Android is a battery eater but there are some additional factors as well. The biggest factor is using internet.

Take a moment and think. In today’s world, a smartphone is useless without internet. According to the recent reports about 70% of the smartphones in this world require internet continuously as there are many apps installed by you in your smartphone and the apps need internet so that, it can get refreshed providing you latest updates. So, if there is no internet on your phone you can not stay socially active as most of the social sites needed internet whichever may be Facebook, Twitter, Google+ etc or get updated to the latest updates.

This is not like the MTS MBlaze Power Wi-Fi Dongle which provide power+internet, but still it is the successor to the MTS MBlaze Power Wi-Fi which was launched last year. The company has made some good improvements and it is available in the market at a price tag of Rs. 999/-.

This device is also equipped with a memory card slot and thus, you can transfer your data as it supports 32GB microSD card. If you need more storage then you can trust this device as it allows 32GB of more storage. This is actually a fantastic device which is launched by MTS.

The MTS MBlaze Ultra Wi-Fi DF800 dongle is available in both prepaid and postpaid mode and there are different schemes for them as well. The prepaid customers will have to pay Rs. 1,749/- and Rs. 999/- is to be paid by the postpaid consumers. It is a thin and it can be placed in the pocket as well. It is powering 9.8Mbps DL/ 3.6Mbps UL speeds. It is also having 64/128bit WEP security, WAP/WAP2 which means it is completely secure to use.

The MTS MBlaze Ultra Wi-Fi is a complete package. What if I am roaming? Well, this is a common question and the company has given an answer to it as well.

[blockquote cite=”MTS”]”Now enjoy Data services in roaming locations like Mumbai, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Haryana, Punjab, etc with speeds upto 3.1 Mbps. This means customers can now enjoy data service outside the MTS home states of will be treated as roaming. Speeds 3.1 Mbps is subject to service availability of partner operator.MTS home circles: Delhi, Rajasthan, Kolkata, Rest of West Bengal, Gujarat, UP(W), Karnataka, Tamilnadu & Kerala. To begin with, the MTS 3GPLUS network delivers consistently strong average speeds. And a top speed of 9.8 Mbps. Because our network reserves a lion’s share of its capacity exclusively for data. So, you can download movies, stream videos, watch Live TV, play online games and make video calls. All without banging your fists on the table.

1 There are dual LED indicators present too on this dongle which shows when the stick gets powered on and when it has got the Wi-Fi network enabled. The speed of this 3GPlus network is fantastic and you can connect upto 6 devices at a time. It supports operating systems--Windows XP/Win7/Win8; Mac 10.7/10.8/10.9; Linux, Ubuntu, Fedora, CentOS, Open Suse, Mint. If you are a prepaid consumer then you will get 10GB of data and there are other plans as well.

10 The MTS MBlaze Ultra Wi-Fi Dongle is a complete package . It will help you a lot and it is worth buying and we think that if you need a dongle supporting 3G+ and if you reside in the MTS home circle then, you should better give it a shot and we do not think that it will disappoint you.
