Moto E

Motorola had their event today in Delhi and UK and the consumers were already waiting for the device to launch. Last week, we had seen the import records of Moto E and finally the device is launched by the company and is a downgraded version of Moto G. Beside that, Motorola has sealed the deal with Flipkart and you can get the device from Flipkart exclusively.

Talking abut the specs, it packs Snapdragon 200 dual-core SoC clocked at 1.2GHz processor mated with 1GB RAM. For the display it has 4.3-inch qHD Corning Gorilla Glass screen with resolution of 960×540 pixels and 256ppi is the pixel density. On the back it features a 5 megapixel camera and no flash is there. No front facing camera is provided for Moto E. 4GB Internal storage is there and you can expand the storage upto 32GB using MicroSD card slot.

Moto E will run on Android 4.4 (Kitkat) out of the box and will get future updates. Adreno 302 400 MHz single core graphics card is there for gaming. Moto E will get 9 different back covers and will be available in different colors and will surely match your style. For connectivity it supports 3G, Wi-Fi, USB & Bluetooth. Moto E is a dual SIM device. 1980 mAh battery is present which will surely give a good battery life and should hold a lot of juice in it for device like Moto E.

Moto E will be available on Flipkart from today mid-night and will be launched at a price of Rs. 6,999. The device is overall great but it will face tough competition on the Indian market, since there are other smartphone vendors who are providing quad-core processors in this range, however those devices don’t run Kitkat out of the box.

Its there first device after they left Google and we can see that Moto really wants to dominate the market with their budget friendly smartphones. After Moto G, let’s see what Moto E can do.
