Windows 9

Lately we have seen a lot of leaks regarding Windows 9 and we can surely expect some new features and the start menu back that Microsoft snatched from its users. Microsoft has started distributing their press invites for their scheduled event to be held on September 30 and what will happen to the Microsoft’s both Windows and Windows Phone.

In the rumor pipeline there are a lot of things that are choked into it and not only that we have seen some of them coming out of the pipeline like the Notification center and the Start menu button which were leaked last week. Not only that there were some videos uploaded showcasing those features to the World.

Windows 9 and Windows Phone 9 will be showcased at the event but the thing that remains in our mind that they will combine the Windows RT and the current version of Windows and then will form the new Windows. But this will be a preview event where the users will get the basic features and Microsoft may release the technical beta version for the global users but the final retail version will be launched in 2015.

The changes that we can expect are the new start menu, removal of the charm bar and then cortana will be added to Windows too and also like Ubuntu there will be Workspaces that the user can create. The UI would be changed also and we may miss seeing it but we can surely see the most basic features.

We do hope that Microsoft will not make any sort of blunder like they did with the Metro UI and hope that it will outsell Windows 7 too since these version of Windows 9 will be provided free as an update to the Windows 7, 8 and 8.1 users. Bookmark this page since you can see lot of more leaks in the coming time.
