A few days ago, we told you about the expected smartphones. LG G5 was one of them. Well, last year LG had a blast with it’s feature-rich LG G4 and now, this year they have turned the game around. They have launched the LG G5 with it’s modular design. It is quite interesting for all of us. Consumers are going to like this thing. Well, it is something similar to the concept of Project Ara. The LG G5 whole is a phone, but the consumers can attach a different kind of accessories and thus, the company is calling it as LG G5 and friends.

The LG G5 specs are quite good too. The handset is coming with a 5.3-inch Quad HD Quantum display, which offers a screen resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. The pixel density of this display is 554ppi. It is coming with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor and everyone is excited about this processor. Has Qualcomm learned the lesson? Hope so.

The LG G5 is coming with an always on display. What does that mean? Well, suppose you locked the LG G5, even then the display will be on. The consumers will be able to see the time. Suppose there is a meeting, your hands are full and you want to check the time. Then it is quite helpful. LG V10 was the first smartphone to bring that feature along with it.

The LG G5 snatches only 0.8& of total battery, which is a very nice thing. The handset is also coming with the modular design which means that the consumers can now add LG 360 VR it is a virtual reality machine and can be added by it’s modular design. Then the buyers can also add the 360 Camera, Rolling Bot, LG Tone Platinum, H3 and much more. The Snapdragon 820 allows the user to capture videos in 4K and also supports 4K video playback.

The smartphone is coming with Adreno 530 GPU which supports 40% faster graphics performance and 40% more power efficiency. In terms of Memory, it is coming with 4GB of LPDDR4 RAM. The internal storage of this handset is 32GB and the users can also expand the external storage up to 2TB via a microSD card. It is 7.7mm thin and weighs about 159g.

LG G5 comes with a 2,800mAh removable battery. On the back of this device, you can find dual cameras. There is a 16-Megapixle camera on the left hand side which supports standard 78 degrees of angle, but the 8-Megapixel camera on the right-hand side supports the 135-degree wide angle view.

The LG G5 will be available in most of the countries including India. The price of this device is not revealed yet, but it will be priced around Rs. 42,000. It will be available in India by March end or in first two weeks of April.
