The smartphone world is witnessing a lot of new devices this month. In April, till no, more than 10 smartphones have been launched in India which means that each day a new phone is coming. Anyway, today the Lenovo P70 is launched in India. The handset was revealed a few months ago and finally, this device has hit the Indian shores. This is a mid-range handset which is going to give a good competition to the other smartphones present in this price range.

The Lenovo P70 comes with a 5-inch IPS multi-touch capacitive touchscreen display which offers a screen resolution of 1280  720 pixels. The handset is packing a 1.7GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6752 processor along with 2GB of RAM. The pixel density of this device is going to be good and also, the multi-tasking will be quite smooth in this handset as it is packing a chipset consisting of eight-cores.

The Lenvo P70 comes with the connectivity feature like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, microUSB port and a 3.5mm AV jack as well. The internal storage of this handset is 32GB and the users can also expand the external storage upto 32GB via a microSD card.  On the back, there is a 13-Megapixel camera present which is capable of shooting 1080p HD videos at 30fps. Also, on the front there is a 5-Megapixel camera present for making the video calls. The handset is running on Android 4.4 KitKat platform and we do not think that it will receive the Android Lollipop update.
