Lenovo A6000 Plus launched in India: Specs, Features & Release date

The Lenvo A6000 Plus was announced in India few days ago, and today the handset has been officially launched in India. This is the successor to the Lenovo A6000 and it comes with some improvements. The Lenovo A7000 was also launched in India a few weeks ago, and the company is just on fire right now. Anyway, the A6000 Plus is an another Flipkart exclusive device which will be up for sale on April, 28th.

The Lenovo A6000 Plus is just a minimal upgrade to the A6000, which was originally launched in India earlier this year. On the specs front, the handset comes with a 5-inch HD IPS capacitive touchscreen display which offers a scree resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. It is running on Android 4.4.4 KiKat wrapped with the Vibe 2.0 user interface.

The smartphone features a 1.2GHz 64-bit Quad-Core processor along with 2GB of RAM. The internal storage of this handset is 16GB which is an improvement as the A6000 arrived with an internal storage of 8GB. The consumers can also expand the external storage upto 32GB via a microSD card.

On the back of the A6000 Plus, there is an 8-Megapixel AF camera present with LED flash which is capable of shooting hood quality HD videos. On front, there is a 2-Megapixel Fixed Focus camera present for making video calls and taking selfies. The device also supports the connectivity feature like 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, microUSB port and a 3.5mm AV jack as well. A 2,300mAh battery is there to provide power to this smartphone.

At this moment, Lenovo is fairly doing well. The A7000 went up for sale a few days ago and 30,000 unites of this handset have been sold with in some seconds. It is a dual-SIM device and the Lenovo A6000 Plus is priced at Rs 7,499. The registration of this device has begun from 2PM. It will be available on April, 28th.
