Lava Iris X1 launched in India for Rs. 7999

After the launch of Moto E in the India market, we have seen that many companies are launching the competitors against it and Xolo also started updating there smartphones to Android Kitkat. Anyway, Lava has launched another new product in their Iris catalog and the smartphone is called as Lava Iris X1.

For the specs of the smartphone it packs 1.2 GHz quad-core Broadcom BCM23550 processor with Videocore IV GPU and has 1GB RAM. 4.5 inch capacitive IPS display is there with screen resolution of 854 x 480 pixels. As usual no company is giving the product without the taste of Kitkat, so, Lava X1 will run on Android 4.4.2 out of the box. On the back it has 8 megapixel camera with dual LED flash and 2 megapixel front camera is also there.

At the launch event Hari Om Rai said:

For storage 4GB internal storage and can be expanded upto 32GB using Micro SD card slot and you can also use cloud storage to increase the storage if you like. The device has 1,800 mAh battery and will be available in Black and white colors. Now, Lava Iris X1 will go on pre-order from 27th May and the shipping will be started in June.

Price  for the device is Rs 7,999 and users pre-ordering on 27th May will get 16GB Ultra MicroSD card free. So, if you want this smartphone then go to Amazon India and from the above mentioned date you can start placing your order.
