Kingston 960GB KC310 SSD announced in India: Price & Features

The technology is moving at a very fast speed. A few years ago, we were used to the HDDs and now, most of the companies are bringing out the Solid State Drives(SSDs). The Solid State Drives are much more reliable and supports some advanced feature which are not provided by the HDDs. So, these a days, people like SSDs more than the HDDs. Anyway, Kingston KC310 SSD hsa been announced in India today. This is one of the finest solid state drives we have in our country and also it supports a storage space of 960GB which is nearly equivalent to 1TB.

The Kingston KC310 SSD is powered by a Phison PS3110-S10 quad-core, eight-channel controller and it has got, end to end data protection and thus, it provides intelligent data error correction for advanced data reliability. Today, Nathan Su, Flash Memory Sales Director, APAC Region, Kingston said:

The KC310 is 69.9mm x 100.1mm x 7.0mm in dimensions and weigh about 84g. It comes with SATA 3.0 which provides an ultimate power to read and write data. Also, the company is providing a 3 years of customer support with free technical support. Also, the company is offering the KC300 for the corporate users who require client management software to centrally manage and set security policies for its SSDs.

The KC310 from Kingston requires a storage temperature of 40°C~85°C. The Kingston KC310 SSD is having a lot of space and the consumers will surely find it worthy. The Kingston KC310 is priced at Rs. 46,000. Also, the company has doubled the storage space which is a highlighting factor. The company has not revealed the exact launch date of this product, but it’s coming soon.

Update: Gadgetgyaan has been told that the Kingston KC310 will be launched in India by the end of May. So, the release date of thsi product is also out now.
