A few days ago, Intex entered into their TV business and now, they are carrying the things forward at a very good pace. If you guys are technology follower then you would know that MWC is going on in Shanghai currently where a lot of companies have arrived to launch their products, Intex is also there and hence, the company has launched the new Intex IRist Smartwatch. Well, it is Intex’s first smartwatch. The Intex iRist smartwatch is a new entry in the wearable tech house and this smartwatch is going to face a lot of competition from Fitbit, which recently launched a lot of products in India. The smartwatch looks quite gorgeous and it comes with some decent features too.

The Intex iRist is just like a smartphone wrapped around your wrist. The smartwatch comes with a 1.56-inch capacitive touchscreen display which is supporting a screen resolution of 240×240 pixels. You are also going to get the scratch free Sapphire glass. It is running on Android 4.4.2 KitKat and comes with a single SIM card slot which supports the 3G network.

A fully function keyboard is also included in this handset too. It comes with a voice assistant too which helps in sending the messages, emails etc. It also comes with iConnect app that helps in syncing date with your smartphone, which will help you in providing the details about missed calls and other things on your smartphone. An inbuilt pedometer is also there.

The internal storage of Intex iRist is 4GB and the users can also expand the external storage upto 32GB via a microSD card. It is packing a 1.2GHz dual-core processor along with 512MB of RAM. A 5-Megapixel camera is present on the front which supports feature like Face Detection too. A 600mAh battery is inlcuded in the Intex iRist smartwatch that will allow this gadget to last for 200 hours(Standby Time) and a talk time of up to 4 hours.

The Intex iRist smartwatch is priced at Rs. 11,999 and it will be available in India soon. The Intex iRist will be available on E-bay and on retail outlets by August end.
