The smartphone market is seeing a lot of new smartphones these a days. Today HTC held an event in New Delhi to announce some of it’s smartphones. The HTC One M9 was expected only, but the company swung the air completely to a different direction as instead of the One M9, the Taiwanese tech giant launched the HTC One M9+, One E9+ and Desire 326. Well, no one expected three smartphones at one go. The HTC E9+ is also launched in India today. This handset was unveiled in China a few days ago and the device comes with some good specs.
The HTC One E9+ comes with a 5.5-inch Quad HD multi-touch capacitive touchscreen display which offers a screen resolution of 2K pixels. The pixel density of this device is 534ppi, which is quite good. It is also packing a 64-bit 2GHz MediaTek MT6795M octa-core processor along with 3GB of RAM.
There is a 20-Megapixel camera present on the back which is capable of taking some high end photos and shooting 1080p HD videos. The internal storage of this device is 16GB and the users can also expand the external storage upto 128GB via a microSD card. On front, there is an Ultrapixel camera present for taking good selfies and making HD video calls. On connectivity front, the One E9+ supports 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, microUSB port and a 3.5mm AV jack as well.
The device is running on Android Lollipop and is wrapped with the Sense 7 UI. The Taiwanese tech giant has not added the fingerprint scanner to the One E9+ like they did to the One M9+. The device is going to be a little less costlier as compared to the M9+. A 2,800mAh battery is stuck inside to provide power to this smartphone. The price of HTC One E9+ is not revealed yet, but it will be available in May.
