HTC has held an event in Mumbai where the company launched a bunch of smartphones. It is actually a very big list and we already saw the launch of HTC RE, HTC Desire 820 and HTC One M8 EYE. So, What’s Next? Well, get ready to meet the new HTC Desire EYE. It is also having the ‘EYE’ word in it’s name and thus, it indicates dual cameras on the back, which we have seen on the HTC One M8 EYE. This device is carrying a good amount of specs and you cank now more about this device below.

The HTC Desire EYE is having a 5.2-inch multi-touch capacitive touchscreen display which offers a screen resolution of 1920 x 1080. This display is a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 display and offers a pixel density of 427ppi.

The phablet is running on the Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system along with the HTC Sense 6 UI. We are sure that it will receive the future software updates too. It is IPX7 certified device which means it is water and dust proof. This smartphone is packing a 2.3GHz Snapdragon 801 quad-core processor along with 2GB of RAM.

The HTC Desire EYE is having an internal storage of 16GB and you can expand the external storage upto 128GB via a microSD card. On the front of this device there is a 13-Megapixel camera as it is a selfie device and there is dual-LED flash on the front side. On the back, there is a 13-Megapixel camera too along with the dual-LED flash. It can shoot 1080p HD videos at 30fps.

The HTC Desire EYE is a LTE enabled device and is having connectivity features like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB port and a 3.5mm AV jack as well. A 2,400mAh battery is there too to provide power to this smartphone. The device is not priced yet, but it wil be available on Amazon India exclusively.
