Last year HTC agreed that they have missed the budget smartphones and now it looks like that the Taiwan giant is correcting their mistake and they are developing new smartphones for the budget market as well high end smartphones too and today, launched HTC Desire 820 which has a 64 bit CPU architecture.
Being said that HTC Desire 820 specs contains 5.5-inch screen with screen resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. There will be two variants for the device the 820 and the 820q where there will be 1.5GHz 64-bit Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor and the other one will have 64-bit Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor and both the devices will have 2GB RAM.On the back there is 13 megapixel camera while there is an 8 megapixel camera on front and company claims that it is the best front camera ever made. Moving on, there will be 16GB internal storage and can be expanded upto 128GB using MicroSD card slot.

It has dual SIM slot and for connectivity there is Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and do supports LTE too. It runs on Android Kitkat coated with Sense UI out of the box. 2,600mAh battery is there and we do think it would need more power.
