The year is coming to it’s end and after a month we are going to see a lot of festivals and ahead of that most of the companies are tying to launch their products as the festive season is coming. Well, a few days back the Android One phones were launched in India and today, two new HTC devices Desire 820 and HTC Desire 816G launched in India.

HTC Desire 816G specs contains a 5.5-inch multi-touch capacitive touchscreen display which is 1280 x 720 pixels in resolution. It is actually the successor to the HTC Desire 816 which was launched earlier this year and its having some minor degrades.

The HTC Desire 816G is having connectivity features like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB port and a 3.5mm AV jack as well. This device is having a good screen and the pixel density of this device will be fine as well. It is running on the Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system and at this current moment we are not sure whether it will receive the software updates in future or not.

The HTC Desire 816G is having a 13-Megapixel camera on the back which is capable of shooting HD videos and on front, there is a 5-Megapixel camera for making video calls. The internal storage of this device is 8GB and there is a microSD card slot present as well for expanding the external storage. This device is also having the NFC connectivity feature too. It is packing a 1.3-GHz MedaTek quad-core processor. A 2,600mAh battery is there to provide power to this smartphone and also having the latest HTC Sense UI.

The price set for HTC Desire 816G is Rs 18,990 while to own the upgraded version you will need to add Rs 6,000 more. If you can add that much amount then do go for the Desire 816. But it will face tough competition in Indian market where Asus Zenfone 5 Specs are more powerful and the price is also less.

Desire 816G will be available from October and if you are a HTC fan we will recommend you to go for it and do stay tuned for more gadget updates.
