The Gionee Elife S8 is coming with a 5.5-inch Full HD AMOLED Force Touch display, which means that the it is supporting a screen resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The 3D touch will help he consumers to differentiate among tap, touch and press. The smartphone is coming with Loop Antenna, which means that the antenna is hidden.
The Gionee S series is always known for its slimness and you will be glad to know that the Gionee Elife S8 is 5.5mm in thickness. On the back of this handset, the users can find the 16-Megapixel camera and the company have used the 6P lens. This lens will improve the quality of low light photography. On the front of this device, the users can find an 8-Megapixel camera, which will be able to take good quality selfies.
The Gionee Elife S8 is supporting Corning Gorilla Glass 4 which means that it will keep your display away from the scratches. The Gionee Elife S8 is coming with the MediaTek Helio P10 octa-core processor, which is wrapped with 4GB of LPDDR4 RAM. It is running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box. It supports 4G+, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and NFC too, which means you can make virtual payments.
The smartphone comes with an upgraded camera software Image 2.0+, which enables the flash to come on the front side when low light conditions are detected by the front facing camera. It supports Dual Whatsapp, which means that the users can separately use Whatsapp for family and office. The feature is not developed by Whatsapp, but the company has developed it themselves. It supports Amigo 3.2 UI. A 3,000mAh battery is there to provide power to this smartphone. It will be available from March and it is priced at €449 or Rs. 33,000, but it will be lower than that in India.
