Apple’s latest offering in the tablet market that is the iPad Air 2 and iPad mini 3 has now been made available in India. Both these devices are available for buyers on retail shops and e-commerce websites. Apple had officially revealed these devices at an event in October.
To remind you of the features of iPad 2, it has got a 9.7 inch anti reflective display with a resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels and pixel density of 264 ppi. The new iPad 2 with just 6.1 mm thickness, is 18% slimmer than its predecessor. Under the hood it is powered by A8X processor coupled with 2 GB of RAM. It has got a 8 MP iSight rear camera and 1.2 MP Facetime HD front camera. In connectivity it has got the faster 802.11 ac Wi-Fi with Multiple-In-Multiple-Out (MIMO) technology. While there has been a lot of updates for the iPad 2, the iPad mini 3 has been provided with less love from Apple as the new mini 3 is same as iPad mini 2 just lacking the Touch ID sensor.
