The year 2014 proved to be a blast for the smartphone companies as the sales have been increased. Also, the Apple users finally saw the redesigned Apple iPhone. In 2014, we saw many big smartphones like Samsung Galaxy S5, Galaxy Note 4, Apple iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, OnePlus One and many more. The 2014 smartphones were slim, fast and redesigned. What type of smartphone wave are we going to see in 2015? In 2015, we will see faster phones, customizable smartphones and the phones which can last longer and charge quickly. The Consumer Electronics Show has already hinted us about the smartphones of 2015, but anyway we have to look at the most anticipated smartphones of 2015.

In 2015, we will see a lot of things and the smartphone world will see a big revolution this year. So, we have prepared a list in which we have included the 10 most anticipated smartphones of 2015. Also, we have arranged the smartphones in accordance to their release date. Look at the list below:

1. Sony Xperia Z4:

Sony Xperia Z3The Sony Xperia Z3 was a powerful phone and one of the best smartphone out there, if you were looking for a rugged phone with long battery life(around 10 days). The Sony Xperia Z4 will arrive this year. It will be launched at the end of February. This device is going to be rugged too. This time, we can see the Xperia Z4 getting slimmer. It will be having a 5.5-inch Quad-HD display. It is going to run on the Android lollipop operating system. It will also pack the 64-bit Snapdragon 810 processor. It will be a 4G+LTE device and will also come with basic connectivity features. This handset can also come with 4GB of RAM. Anyway, it will be launched in February where we will receive all the details.

 

2. Samsung Galaxy S6:

Samsung Galaxy S5 Unboxing The Samsung Galaxy S5 has done an okay job for the Korean giant but the consumers have a lot of expectations from it’s successor—Samsung Galaxy S6. The Galaxy S6 is going to launch very soon. According to reports, the Samsung Galaxy S6 has been showcased over at the CES to the Samsung partners. Anyway, the device is going to see some changes. It will now have the metal body just like that of the Galaxy Alpha. The Samsung Galaxy S6 will be company’s first device to come with the 64-bit Snapdragon 810 octa-core processor. Now, the internal storage of this device will be 32GB and we will see the 16GB variant finally coming to it’s end. It will be running on Android 5 Lollipop. Last time, the Korean tech giant included the finger print scanner and missed the iris scanner. Can they put that missing thing in this device? They can, but the rest of the thing will be revealed in March when they will launch this device.

3. HTC One(M9):

The HTC One(M9) has leaked a few months back and this is the successor to the HTC One(M8). This device is going to come with a big screen and the 64-bit processor as well. It will be running on Android Lollipop and if we are lucky, then we will see the HTC Sense 7 UI. Last device was quite stylish and was one of the best looking phones of 2014, but there was a huge problem with the 16-Megapixel camera. It was not so good. So, the Taiwanese tech giant should work on that. It will be powerful phone with great design. It will arrive in March.

4. OnePlus Two:

The year 2014 saw a new phone and millions of people bought this phone. It was one of the best smartphone of 2014. Yes, we are talking about the OnePlus One. Know What? The successor of this device—OnePlus Two—is on it’s way. This device is going to feature 5.2-inch screen. it will be a mid-range Android device and it will surely provide some great specifications. it will be running on the Android Lollipop. Today, OnePlus has teased that some surprising features are coming to the successor. It will also pack the 64-bit processor. It will come with a good camera. the other details will be revealed very soon. The OnePlus Two is going to launch in April,.

5. Moto G(2015):

A few years back, Google acquired Motorola and then sold it, but they brought out the Moto G. It was launched in 2013, then the 2014 device was a massive hit and now we are eyeing on the 2015 variant. The Motorola Moto G(2015) is going to be a budget friendly device too. It will be running on the Android Lollipop. It will also pack the 64-bit Snapdragon 410 processor,and it will have some charm. The battery life is also expected to be good and we can surely see an upgraded camera in this model. Well, many people are going to wait for the Moto G(2015). It will be launched in Spring which means somewhere between March and May.

6. LG G4:

LG G3The year 2014 proved to be a good one for LG and the year 2015 will be good too. At the CES, 2015 they announced the LG G Flex 2 and it is a really good device. One of the 5 Best Smartphones from CES 2015Also, at CES, 2015 the company spilled some beans upon LG G4. They said that the device whatever it is called G4 or anything else will come with some new features. The price of this device was a little less as compared to the other high end devices. We can see this device running on Android Lollipop  and also, the 64-bit octa-core Snapdragon 810 processor will be there inside this phone. It will be launched in May.

 

7. Moto X(2015):

The Moto X(2014) was a high-end device from Motorola and it proved to be good. It was having good specs as compared to the Moto X launched in 2013. The Moto X 2014 has already increased consumer’s expectations and this year’s device will be surely better than last time. It will be running on Android Lollipop. It will also pack the 64-bit processor along with 3GB RAM. It will also come with a good camera. It has also got a good design and the company can use the same design for this year’s smartphone. Anyway, it will be launched in September and till then, we will find more details about this smartphone and can make into 2015 best smartphone list.

 

8. Samsung Galaxy Note 5:

10 The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 was huge. We mean everything was huge from screen to Ads it was there to show us that it was a great phone. It was everywhere and the Korean tech giant launched a very good smartphone last year. The Galaxy Note 5 will also come with the S-Pen. It will come with a 5.9-inch touchscreen display which will offer an Ultra HD screen resolution. Last year, we saw the Note 4 getting 50% charged with in 30 minutes and this year we can see some better results. Also, the Korean tech giant introduced a lot of new features to the S-Pen in the Note 4 and they can add more features in Note 5′ S-Pen. It will also be packing the 64-bit processor along with 4GB RAM(expected). It will be launched in September.

9. Apple iPhone 6S/ iPhone 6S Plus:

Well, as we all know that the Cupertino tech giant launch iPhone every year and they launch the successor with the ‘S’ letter after the number. So, it is iPhone 6S for this year. It can have that same screen, but with better screen resolution. It will be running on iOS 9. We can also see an A9 processor in it. There will be an upgraded 13-megapixel camera(fingers crossed) in it. It will be slim like the original device. The Apple iPhone 6 got a bad start with the rumors about bending and at the end it turned out to be 2014’s biggest baloney. Anyway, there is a protruding camera in the iPhone 6 and we think that Apple needs to work on that. There will be a bigger version—iPhone 6S Plus—there also. These devices will be launched in September.

10. Google Project Ara:

Android 5 LollipopThe last but not the least—Google Project Ara—is also coming this year. What is it? If you ask, the answer is that with this project, you can customize your phone. Well, it is going to bring a revolution in smartphone world. This project allows user to make a phone of their own choice. The body of this device will be provided and then, you will have the pieces of camera, speakers and much more. You will build your phone by your choice. So, it is a different kind of project from the search giant and unfortunately we are not aware about it’s release date. Though, it will be released in 2015.
