Last week, we informed you guys that Motorola is hosting an event at New Delhi on September 14th to launch their new device for the Indian consumers and today they have launched the Moto X Play here in India and you purchase the device from midnight and you can go for the 16GB variant. Check out the specs below.So, for the Moto X Play Specs, it has 5.5-inch display with screen resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and has pixel density 403ppi and to protect the display there is Corning Gorilla Glass 3. On the back there is a 21 megapixel camera with f/2.0 aperture, dual-CCT flash and can record videos in Full HD that is 1080p and for front it has 5 megapixel camera.
To power Moto X Play, it has 1.7GHz Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor mated 2GB of RAM. And for graphics there is Adreno 405 GPU. It also supports dual SIM and it supports LTE too. And for other connectivity options, it has Bluetooth 4.0 LE, Wi-Fi 802.11a/g/b/n (dual band), and NFC.
Moto X Play runs on Android Lollipop 5.1.1 lollipop out of the box and will also get the Android M update very soon. The device has 3,630mAh battery and according to Motorola the device can survive upto 48 hours on mixed usage and also you can charge the device upto 50% within 15 minutes using the Turbo Charge.
