Xiaomi has launched Redemi 1S and Mi3 which are already selling like hot cakes in India and in order to maintain their quality and maintain their products they are constantly hiring people and today they have hired Jai Mani a former Google Employee and we can see that Xiaomi is constantly hiring featured faces from Google.

Last year they hired Hugo Barra who was also a Googler and now is the vice President of International for Xiaomi. The company is constantly working for their development in the Indian market and it looks like that the company has great hopes from India. Jai is currently based in San Francisco and will be leaving for India by the end of the week and will shift to Bangalore.

Xiaomi is also opening a lot of service centers and customer support portal across the nations and hopes to provide good support by next year. While he worked in Google, Mani was responsible for the Google Play Strategy, Analytics Associate, Double Click, and Google Account Associate and handled it quite well.
