The smartphones have the way of communication via wireless communication and for that communication the cellular networks have entered the market. In India, there are many cellular network providing companies like Airtel, Aircel, Idea and many more. The 4G LTE network has been launched in abroad a few years ago and in India, Airtel became the first company to launch it’s 4G services. Then, for a very long time we have heard about Reliance’s 4G services, but the outcome was nothing.
Their are new reports which have arrived today saying that Idea is planning to launch the 4G services here in India.“We are working on launching the 4G service in the country and as and when the eco system develops, we will roll out 4G,” Idea Cellular Ltd Deputy Managing Director Ambrish Jain said to the journalists.
The citizens of India are also aware of the cellular networks and their uses. Well, in India there are many villages where the people haven’t ever heard about 4G and most of the villages in India have not even got the 3G network. With the 3G network you can make video calls which you can not do on the 2G network.
The 4G network is there to make the things much more faster. The internet gets much more faster with this type of network.
“We have acquired large quantum of spectrum in 900, 1800 and 2100MHz bands through auction in the last few years to enable our over 143 million subscribers to access mobile Internet services on their devices” said Mr. Ambrish.
The company has not told about the time frame in which they are going to launch the 4G services here in India. The company will surely provide more details in the future. So, for now that is all do stay tuned for more technology news.
