The year 2014 has been a tremendous year for Acer as they have launched a loyt of products in the beginning of the year over at the Consumer Electronics Show and today, they held an another press conference to announce some more products. Today, this tech giant has announced the new Acer Iconia One 7 and Acer Iconia Tab 7 tablets. These two tablets are have some neat specifications and they are going to give a good competition to some of the other tablets in the market as well. Acer Iconia One 7 is having a 7-inch capacitive touch display which is 1280 x 800 pixels in resolution. It is packing an Intel Atom Z2560 processor and we think that it will be a good one to handle the day to day multi tasking. It is running on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and the company says that it will receive the Android KitKat update very soon. The internal storage of this device is 8GB and there will be a 16GB model as well. The price of this tablet is said to be around $130 and is currently available in US and Canada.
The other tablet which has been announced today is the Acer Iconia Tab 7 and is having a 7-inch capacitive touch display and it offers a screen resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. It packs a quad-core MediaTek processor along with 1GB RAM. It is atually a phone-tablet hybrid model.
This tablet is having connectivity features like Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, USB port and a 3.5mm AV jack as well. It is running on Android KitKat operating system, so that, you can finally taste the latest thing on Acer’s latest tablet. It will be available in Europe and Asis. The folks over at US and Canada will not witness this tablet anytime soon. It will also be availbale in both 8GB and 16GB models. The price will start from $150 for the 8GB model.
