Zync has recently launched the Z999 Plus Android Ice Cream Sandwich running tablet in India and it’s price is kept low too.Zync Z999 Plus tablet is having a  7-inch WVGA display which is 800×480 pixels in resolution and it is a capacitive touchscreen too.As previously told it is running on Android 4.0 Android Ice Cream Sandwich operating system, but we do not think that it is going to get the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OTA update, even it may not receive Android 4.0.1 update, so, it’s going to be the same OS for the life time.

Zync Z999 Plus packs a 1.5GHz single core processor along with 512MB of RAM and Mali 400 GPU.Well, this device has an advantage over most of the cheap Android ICS tablets. The advantage is that there is a SIM card slot and in the cheap tablets like Micromax Funbook and HCL ME U1 Tablet there was not SIM card slot, but they support 3G dongles, but still, it’s a humongous advantage over the other cheap Android ICS tablets launched in India. This is the successor to the original Zync Z999 and it’s quite better than the previous version. On the back of this device there is a 2.0 Megapixel camera and on front there is a 0.3 Megapixel camera, but you should not expect any great shakes from both these cameras. It has got HDMI port, USB OTG with which you can connect USB based pendrives to this tablet.Internal storage of the Zync Z999 Plus is 8GB and you can expand the external storage upto 32GB  via a microSD card slot.A 4,200 mAh battery is going to provide power to this tablet, also, it has got  Wi-Fi connectivity feature as well.

So, the Zync Z999 Plus is the latest Android ICS tablet available in India and it is going to be available over at the Indian retailers by the end of this month and you can buy this tablet by paying Rs. 11,990.So, go ahead compare it with other tablets and make your mind.
