Samsung says Galaxy S III explosion story was wrong, user agreed
Yesterday, a report has blown Samsung’s mind, a customer reported that his Samsung Galaxy S III has exploded and he has claimed that the device has exploded as it was bad, so, the Korean giant has said that they are instigating to see the reason behind the explosion and the company lately announced that there’s nothing wrong with the phone, so, the company has taken it’s leaps off and said it was due to some other thing and the Galaxy S III device has nothing wrong in it and there’s no defect as if there was a defect the company would have faced huge amount of loss, anyway, today the customer has reported:
I would like to retract my original statement. The damage to the phone was caused by another person, although they were attempting to recover the phone from water this later caused the damage shown on the phone. It occurred due to a large amount of external energy and there was no fault with the phone. This was not a deliberate act but a stupid mistake.I am unable to comment any further.
So, the user has agreed that it was a mistake and Samsung has got a huge relief, so, someone may be jealous of his phone, anyway, whatever the reason is the phone is not defective so, do not worry about anykind of explosion in the near future.
