Samsung Galaxy Beam GT-I8530 is now up for pre-order in India and this phone is priced at Rs. 29,900 in India.The Korean giant has announced this phone over at Mobile World Congress, 2012 and till now, this phone has not been officially launched in India.Anyway, it’s a projector cum smartphone which is named as Samsung Galaxy Beam.It has a 4.0 inch WVGA TFT screen with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels.Samsung has boosted the Beam with 1GHz dual core processor along with 768MB of RAM.

It runs of Android 2.3 Gingerbread and it is not sure whether it will get ICS or not.Galaxy Beam has both rear and front facing camera of 5 Megapixels and 1.3 megapixels respectively.The camera on its back can record 720p HD videos at 30 FPS.It is a 3G only device and it has connectivity features like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB port and a 3.5mm AV jack as well.Samsung Galaxy Beam has a Long-lasting 2,000 mAh battery.Internal storage of this device is 8GB and you can expand the external storage upto 32GB via a microSD card.It is 123.9 x 64.2 x 12.6mm in dimension and weighs about 148gm, so, it’s quite thick too.It has got Accelerometer,Geo-magnetic,Gyro-sensor,Light Sensor,Proximity Sensor support also.So, you can pre-order this phone right now from the Samsung eStore, so, we hope that Samsung India will launch this phone this month, so, stay tuned.
