Research In Motion(RIM) India has finally launched the Blackberry Porsche P’9981 in India and this time it’s official. This boy is not going to get in your pocket easily as it’s priced at Rs. 1,39,990 and it’s pre-order price was a little lesser than this price, but anyway, this is RIM’s first Porsche branded phones and it has got an complete different looks which will attract most of the touch and type users, but still, the price is too high that most of us will have to say it good bye just from the internet.
Blackberry Porsche P’9981 is running on Blackberry OS 7.0 operating system and has got connectivity features like Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, USB port and a 3.5mm AV jack as well. It’s a touch and type device and it’s having a 2.8-inch high resolution display touch screen which is also having Liquid Graphics. It packs a 1.2GHz processor and has 8GB of internal storage and you can expand it to 16GB via a microSD card.On the back of this device there is a 5 Megapixel camera and it can shoot 720p HD videos at 30fps, the screen resolution is also good, and overall, this phone is too good, but this is a celebrity phone and most of the Indian consumers will like to buy Samsung Galaxy S III or HTC One X over the Blackberry Porsche P’9981 as they are quad-core phone with better features.Anyway, still this golden piece of hardware is launched in India and it will be available at the Indian retailers from tomorrow.
