Acer has launched the TravelMate B113 laptop today and this is an old Sandy Bridge type laptop, well, it’s unfortunate that in the generation of Ivy Bridge companies like Acer are still launching laptops with Sandy Bridge, instead of Ivy Bridge, but anyway, this device features a 11.6-inch 1366 x 768 display and it is running on Windows 7 operating system, but on buying it you may or may not get that $14.99 Windows 8 update pack from Microsoft, so, think wisely before buying.

Acer TravelMate B113 has 4GB of RAM and half a TB of storage, so, it’s good and you can store a lot of data.Well, this is a new kind of thing and it takes us quite back in time as it’s too heavy infront of regular notebooks as it weighs about 1.88 Kg and is a little thick too.Anyway, this device has 1.4GHz Celeron.Anyway, it has got connectivity features like Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, USB 2.0 ports(four possibly), Ethernet port, two 3.5mm AV jack and some HDMI ports and other ports as well. This device is priced at  €560 or $697 and it’s sure that at this price one can buy much more better notebook thn this, but still, it’s an okay piece of hardware and will be available in the stores very soon.
