Last year, Sony has announced the Sony PSP Next Generation Portable and later on, the company has changed it’s name and has launched it as Sony PlayStation Vita.At the starting of sale, Sony PS Vita has not shown any great ability, but after a month or so, the sales went on fire and has became a major hit.

Sony Computer Entertainment CEO Kaz Kirai has announced that till the end of February, 1.2 Million Sony PlayStation Vita were sold and at the end of March month the sales have reached to 1.8 Million sale which means that the number of sales of Sony PlayStation Vita grew upto 50%.Well, an another reason behind it’s increased sales is it’s availability as from March, Sony has made this console available in United States, U.K., India and many other countries and this availability factor has also brought a boost in the sales department.According to Sony, only fifty two thousand four hundred ninety two Vitas were sold in Japan, Sony has a major target which claims that between April, 2012 and March, 2013 the company will sell 10 Million Sony Vitas.So, Sony is quite confident and it’s a good thing too.
