Dell is also in the Tablet business and the company us soon going to launch today’s leaked Dell XPS 12 and Latitude 10 Windows 8 Tablet, but for now specs of these tablets are revealed.Dell Latitude 10 is pictured above and it features a 10.1-inch HD display which is 1366 x 768 pixels in resolution.This tablet is running on Windows 8 operating system and we can clearly see the Metro UI here on the top.Dell Latitude 10 weighs about 710gm and it packs a Intel Clover Trail Atom Dual-Core processor along with integrated Intel Graphics.It’s having memory of 2GB LP DDR2 and it clocked at 800MHz.It is also having a microUSB port and hope that it will support Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 3.5mm AV jack like connectivity features.On the back of this device there is a 8.0 Megapixel camera and on front there is a 2.0 Megapixel camera.It will be available in the first quarter of 2013.Have a look at the second tablet below.
This is the Dell XPS 12 and it has the power of laptop and a convenience of a tablet and we can clearly see that in the image above, it has convertible 12.5-inch Full HD touch display and it can be vertically rotated and even can be taken out from the borders as well.It weighs about 1.4kg and it is having the machined Aluminium and Carbon Fiber Chassis around it.Well, this is using the Gorilla Glass display and also comes with Intel Smart Connect and Intel Rapid Smart technologies.This laptop separated tablet will be available in the fourth quarter of this year.
A few months back, the CEO of Dell Michael Dell has already told that they are going to be entering the Tablet market as well and we can see the very first Winodws 8 tablet from the company after the official release of Windows 8 operating system, so are there any tablets in the stock which are not revealed yet, may be as a few months back some pics of a 7-inch Windows 8 running Dell Tablet was leaked and at that time everyone was shocked to see it.Anyway, apart from that these tablets’s specs are quite good, but it will be getting a tough competition from the tablet making companies like HP, Lenovo, Asus, Acer etc.
This is going to be a quite interesting year and we are expecting that Microsoft will launch the Windows 8 operating system officially in July or August and after it’s official release we can see first Windows 8 tablet from Lenovo.So, a few months to go now and hope that more tablets will be leaked in the coming days too, so, stay tuned.
